Teriyaki Kabobs
INGREDIENTS

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, peanut oil, brown sugar, garlic, ginger & salt. Mix thoroughly. Pour half of this mixture into a zip-top bag. Cut meat into 2 inch cubes and add to zip-top bag. Mix thoroughly to coat. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.

Save and refrigerate the other half of the marinade seperately.

Remove meat from marinade and prepare kabobs. On metal or bamboo skewers, alternate meat and vegetables.

Preheat grill on high.

Reduce heat to medium and grill for 3 minutes per side.

After each side has been grilled once, baste kabobs with reserved marinade and continue grilling, turning, and basting for 8-10 minutes (or until done).

Remove kabobs and serve with rice as desired.
